5) Home Builders stocks are going up for the first time since 2006.

6) Construction index is moving up.

7) Employment rate is edging down now.

8) The media reports pessimistic stats about the whole country. They are lagging indicators. We live in the South Bay!!

9) Location, Location, Location we have... Now we also have Timing, Timing, Timing!!
