PALOS VERDES PENINSULA
The Palos Verdes Peninsula is composed of four cities (Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates, Rolling Hills, and Rancho Palos Verdes) and is bordered on the west and south by the Pacific Ocean, and on the north and east by greater Los Angeles and the Los Angeles and Long Beach Harbors.
Part of the original Spanish land grant to Juan Jose Dominguez in 1784, it remains an area of uncommon natural beauty.
The quality of life on the Palos Verdes Peninsula is second to none. It boasts one of the best school districts in California and enjoys the sea breezes of the Pacific ocean. It has three golf courses, including "Trump National", which is "world class".
The title "Luxury home" takes on a new meaning on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Magnificent estates with views from Catalina to the Channel Islands. It will be my honor to educate you about, and show you the wonderful properties on the peninsula.

For those of you that remember the Dominator running aground on the peninsula in 1961. Click here. This is interesting.
MANHATTAN BEACH
If you like beach living, Manhattan Beach is very popular. It is nestled between El Segundo and Hermosa Beach and is close to Los Angeles International Airport. It also has good access to the freeways of Los Angeles for commuters.
The "Sand" section is right on the beach. The STRAND area is beach living at it's finest and the most expensive, but you are right on the beach. If you are lucky enough to get a "WalkStreet" home in the "Sand" area, life will be wonderful!
The other popular area's in Manhattan Beach include the "Tree" section, the "Hill" section, "Mira Costa" and "Village" sections.
Manhattan Beach has a wonderful retail section down by the pier. There are many wonderful restaurants and it always a great place to spend the day. I spend alot of time in this area and can help you find your dream house there.

REDONDO BEACH
I grew up in Redondo Beach and not to many people know it better than I do. I moved here in 1956 and have covered every inch of it on my bike as a kid, and on my Harley as an adult.
There are areas in Redondo Beach that will please everybody. South Redondo is the area with the "Esplanade". You can literally walk from the Hollywood Riviera to the Redono Beach pier and never see so much action! Having an ocean view house is something everyone should experience once in there life! The Riviera Village is like "Rodeo Drive" south. It also has great restaurants!
North Redondo has many new "two-on-a-lot" Townhouses going up. It is also closer to freeways.
Let me show you this area!
